Is this a good low budget gaming PC?

I was wondering if this is a good gaming PC for $300, and will all the parts fit together? Any other recommendations would be great!

APU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Case: Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W

Is there anything I'm missing? How good will this run games, and is it good for the price?

There is a BIG problem with your build. Your using a single DIMM of slow memory which is going to cripple your APU's performance. Get a 4GB (2x2GB) set of DDR3-1866 memory. A 500W PSU is seriously overkill, you'll never be over 200W of power usage so look for a 300~350W PSU. I'm running a 6800K with 6GB of DDR3-2166, SSD and 7200RPM HDD on a single 300W PSU with zero problems.

See if you can go with an A85X MB, they tend to offer a ton of features for their price.

I would stay with ASUS, ASrock, Gigabyte, or Biostar for a motherboard, MSI is a problematic company and their quality control sucks. I always hear of MSI motherboards failing or having faults. Also change your PSU to a XFX or Seasonic, here is my recommendation. Honestly you won't be playing any high end games, maybe Sims 3 half way turned up if your lucky.
