Hi everyone

It has been a while since I asked any questions so it is great to be back!

I have a friend who is looking to buy a desktop and after much searching,
we found a Acer Veriton 3900 Pro DUAL CORE PD 3.0ghz that fits his budget...
It has Intel GMA 3000 Dynamic Video Memory Technology 4.0 integrated graphics,
and we were wondering whether he would be able to run Flight Simulator X Acceleration.

Thanks in advance! :)

The gma graphics adapters are very weak, the model up not being able to play cs: go at all http://www.notebookcheck.net/Computer-Games-on-Laptop-G...

The cpu is slow by today's standards but I would say it's fine for fsx as I remember running fsx on a Pentium 4 HT. Check if the system has either a PCI-Express slot or AGP slot and the capacity and 12v rail amperage of the power supply. If it has either of these ports and a power supply +250w you could get a cheap add-in gpu that would let you play source based and older games such as fsx.
