Hi, I am making a budget pc.

I have everything else in order except for my case/psu combination. I am planning to run an AMD FX 4130 and a GTX 650 Ti in a Cooler master centurion 6 with an integrated 500w PSU (it costs $110)

Is this a good choice? If not please make a suggestion

While I am a big fan of Cooler Master cases, you would be better off getting your PSU seperate and going with a quality unit made by Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, Antec, etc.
