Switching To a Smaller Case, What Do I need To Change?

Because I'm an idiot and I didn't plan for the future(first time builder wohoo), I bought a Phantom 820 because I really liked the design, but now since I'm in University, because the Phantom 820 is gigantic, and because I want to take it from university to my home and vise-versa each weekend, it's a 1:30hr drive, I've decided to switch to a smaller case, probably and preferably the new Prodigy-M case, but I'm open for other suggestions, although I really like the Prodigy design.

This is my current build:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3930K 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 LE ATX LGA2011 Motherboard
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x60
Memory:Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Storage: x3 1TB HardDrives
Video Card: x2 Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 3GB in Crossfire
Power Supply: ThermalTake 850W Toughpower Series

I want to know if any parts won't be compatible with the Prodigy-M (Motherboard is probably one), and any replacements for those parts.

I will also probably need a wireless card, and if possible NZXT Hue (if it would fit in there, but not necessary).
Price doesn't matter as long as I can get what I need.

The Prodigy-M case will only accept Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboards. Micro-ATX motherboard only have three or four expansion slots. You can still run Crossfire if you go with an external USB wireless adapter. That case only has a single re-exhaust, so the water cooler you have would need to be replaced. The case only has one external 5 1/4" drive bay, so you can only have either the optical drive or the NZXT hue, not both. Not sure about the hard drive bays. It states 4 (2+2), but I don't know if you can drop a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter in there for your SSD. You may need to drop one of your hard drives.
