changing the cpu ..

I have a abit A-S78H motherboard with the AMD Athlon LE1600 @ 2.2 GHz CPU and want to change it with a AMD Phenom X3 8450 2.1GHz 2MB Socket AM2+ Triple-Core CPU ... Do I have to mess with the Bios other than just clicking ok,ok,ok in the changes that it reads itself???

Also, Looney5508, why do you want to change it for a lower frequency CPU?
I don't use AMD so if this question is obvious, I apologize

Yeah just had a quick look, 2 extra cores an a slightly bigger cache :)

Id still recommend Intel everyday of the week though ;)
