I'm just completely lost about what to get, basically.
I currently have a crappy Modem+Router combo that I'd want to change (Freebie when I got my 10 mbps connection)
I used to run with a ZyXEL P-660R-D1 and a Linksys Cisco E2500, until it ran into some problems. They told me the modem cant handle 10 mbps (it's pretty old, freebie when I first got my 1 mbps connection) Instead of giving me a new modem, they give me a modem + router which sucks. I tried configuring it to work with my old router, still sucks.
OK SO... I need to buy a modem.
Anyone have any ideas?
I only have a 10 mbps connection. I don't need anything faster than that (I think the current standard for what I need is 12 or 24 mbps capability?) I just need RELIABILITY, and compatibility with my Linksys Cisco E2500.
Edit: My connection is ADSL2+ -> 10 Mbit Download, 1 Mbit Upload
Edit 2.0: My ISP is PLDT, I live in the Philippines.
