EVGA 650ti boost SC / Sapphire 7850 2GB with Corsair HX520W PSU?

Old PC Specs:
GB EP45-UD3L
E7400 2.8GHz
AMD Radeon 4650
4GB RAM
HX520W

I'm thinking of getting a new GPU to replace the old Radeon 4650 with either the EVGA 650Ti boost SC 2GB or the Sapphire 7850 2GB. Will my PSU suffice? I ask because I think the 650TI needs 24A and I'm not sure how much the 12V rail of my old PSU can handle. I hope it can, but if not, what's the highest GPU it will be able to handle? I'll then decide if I should get a new PSU or the lower GPU. Thanks.

For reference, I'm ordering from Amazon as my main option as I will have it shipped to my brother who will take it overseas.

  1. 650ti Boost should be fine on that PSU if it is corsair as I suspect. I would however add another 2-4GB of ram if you have a 64-bit OS.
  2. It is an old PSU, so I'm not sure, but I'd like to make sure before buying the GPU.
