can you tell me the best motherboard in 2013 which helps in overclock and can stay with me for 5 years max

can you please comment on MSI Z87-GD65 GAMING vs asus Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard vs MSI Z87 MPower Extreme vs Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Arguably, an Asus RoG motherboard would be the best.
Although even before 2019 the Z87 chipset will be quite old...

But you should have the financial recourses to upgrade well before then! Think positive!!

I do agree in you decision to get a good board. Another thought, besides the OC potential: most software that isn't free is licensed to your build. I don't have a lot of expensive software, but MS office, a few videos editing suites, ect... are worth ~$1000. So I went with an Asus pro board on my latest build.

Don't know about the absolute best, but the 2013 budget motherboard award goes to my current motherboard which is a AsRock z87m pro-4.
100$ and it's easy to overclock with. It lacks SLI but if you can afford a dual GPU setup, you should be able to afford a better motherboard.
