cd drive is not reading any disk in my laptop.i was trying to change os by copying in usb flash drive and install it from home screen.after 20 mins of process suddenly it said some files are missing setup is aborted.when i restart my laptop the setup is loading and displaying same message. how can i rectify this problem and install new os. plzz help.
