I get this weird white screen after I shutdown my computer sometimes.

It is not plain white. You cannot tell in this video, but it is kind of like a checkerboard white. Sometimes it might just be a smaller portion of the screen that does this.

My screen will sometimes dim when I click the shutdown button as well.

It does not always happens. Sometimes it just shutdowns regularly.

Here is a video of it happening with the white screen after the display goes off when I click the shutdown button.

That's probably just the NSA logging out of your machine, nothing to worry about.

Not sure what the NSA is.

I am worried because this has never happened before until after I got my laptop back from extended warranty.

A failed joke.

Anyway, since it happened after you got it repaired, it must be something related to that. If it's not causing you any issues, then it's probably fine to ignore, but to be safe you could take it up with the repair company and have them look into it. It could be you just need to update your display drivers or something more serious liking a power issue.
