Good gaming GPU for around 150$

Im building a gaming machine.
I found CPU and motherboard but now i need to find a nice gpu for it.

I want to spend around 150$ on gpu
200$ on cpu
150$ on motherboard
And i live in Croatia,Europe.

please find yourself this item in your trusted seller

this is intel haswell build (4th gen, the one you listed above is the previous 3rd gen)
i5 4570 --- almost $200
Asrock H87 socket 1150 --- cheap under $100, so you can buy a better GPU
RAM 2x 4GB DDR3 1600 (maybe you already have one)
AMD Radeon 7870 GHZ edition (it should be under $200, because we can buy it as low as $160 in US)

And http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116896 for 199$

but i cant find AMD Radeon 7870.

How much ram do i need to have for good performance?

If you're going to be gaming, you don't need anything more than 8gb of 1600Mhz ram. I would suggest a 2x4gb kit.
