Best component to upgrade

Hey guys,

I am a Pc gamer with a system built around an I7 950, gtx 570, 8 gb triple channel ram. I am starting to experience the occasional chop when running high end software/games. Keep in mind I only have a 750W power supply but I am looking to upgrade one of my components. Please help!

I think you can get some more life out of your i7, so I'd look to upgrade the GPU and add a SSD if I didn't have one. I'd overclock the CPU to get some more power out of it and get an aftermarket CPU fan if I was still using the stock one.

You could try overclocking your GPU but that is much more difficult than doing the CPU since you can't change fans for the GPU easily. That would be something I'd attempt to do, just overclocking my GPU a little bit and make sure the temps are acceptable without modding any hardware.
