Hey everyone I have a 60 gb 2.5 inch hdd which I've decided to use for carrying data and I want to buy a usb enclosure for it.The thing thats confusing me is that one enclosure which I saw is very cheap its from an almost unknown company but its usb 2.0 and its advertised as having pretty much all the features that one can want from an external 2.5 inch drive on the other hand is the transcend hdd enlosure which also usb 2.0 and it also has pretty much the same specs as the less costly case but the transcend one is almost twice as expensive. So my question is should I get the cheap hdd case or the more costly one? will there be any cons if I get the cheap hdd case?.
I can think of a few cons but I really want opinions of you guys, thanks.

Cheaper parts often, but not always, mean shorter lifespan. If you're going to stick an SSD in an enclosure, you ought to go USB 3.0:

Well I'm not really looking for usb 3.0 port and also I don't think I'll be getting an ssd anytime soon.

ha, my dumb, somehow I got things confused. What interface is the drive? I'm assuming it's IDE since it's only 60GB, here's a good option: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
