error during game installation

when i try installing any game,the massage almost says always that source file is corrupted.but the game installs correctly on my friends pc.i have win 7 os.can anyone plz help me?

What games are you trying to install?

But if it is happening to all your games then the only thing i can think of is to reinstal windows.
Not sure if anyone else on here would be able to give a better response but that is all i can think off.
