Which of thses 3 builds are better?

Everyone is giving me a hard time with stuff so i will use this PC FOR GAMING and serfing the web etc. ...out of these 3....Which one is the best

Just a straight forward answer.....is the 7950 better than the 760? And yeah which build is better.

So once you pick which one is better let me know if i should change 1 or 2 things in it like the PSU, RAM etc. Thanks!!!
 
Build 2 has a crummy motherboard and no SSD. I'd pick build 1. The 760 and 7950 are closely matched.
Build 3 is even worse, a B85 motherboard with the Core i5-4670K is silly.

Still, I'd recommend tweaking the build no matter which one you pick.
 
This tops all the builds in game performance, and includes a solid pci-e wireless adapter. In a pure gaming pc at this budget, I'd leave out the ssd. (I included windows 8 as you did, but for a gaming system right now, I recommend 7 over 8).
