Need help with CPU Fan Speed.

I really need to take control of my cpu fan and the side fan.They are really making so much noise.I cant pay for a fan controler.If anyone know any good program to adjust the speed of my fan's, please tell me.(SpeedFan program somehow is not working with my pc).

the cpu fan if it a four pin fan and on the cpu header the mb will control the speed of the fan from the temp of the cpu. use hardware monitor to read cpu temp and fan speed. most intel fans if on right be around 40c and fan at 800 rpm. if it running at 1500 or higher and high temp then the cooler not on right or there to much paste. the case fans they sell resistors wire kits 7v fan cable kits that slow fan down. there also adjustable resitore kits that you can set your fan speed on your case fans.

Thank you for the fast reply.I know i have a wire that lowers the voltage of the side fan but i want to adjust the speed manualy for example when im gaming the fans are running on max,but when im doing my work the fan is still running at max rmp and it's really annoying.Do you know any other program tha adjusts the fan speed(mostly the case fan speed,except SpeedFan).
