Max Payne 3 problem. Please Please help can't progress story!!!!

In max payne 3 when I jump forward or left or right when max hit the the he remain like that and doesn't move at all, I can rotate the camera and that's it he doesn't even fire and while I am catching the van in the first chapter he take the action of running but doesn't run and van always get away. Please Please help.

Please guys you must help me I am stuck and can't progress story even a little bit rockstar support asked for my msinfo, dxdiag and problem video and snapshot which I have given them for three days now and there is no reply from them since then. Please guys help me i don't know where to go or take this problem. Please Please help me.

And I can't even install older patch over the new one to see if there is the same problem in the older patch because i once did it and i think license key was saved in the new patch so after logging in it showed that license was corrupt and i had to uninstall and then install the game again.

Not much I can do to help, but I will point out that you are running at or below the minimum specs for that game, which is bound to cause some issues :-/ Your CPU is 2.2 Ghz when the requirement is 2.4, It requires 2GB RAM which you are running but you are running DDR2 as opposed to DDR3, again more issues there, and you are running a baseline graphics card. So after seeing your system specs, I'd be willing to bet that is causing problems. Whether or not it is specific, who knows, but do some upgrading and I bet you will have less issues :)

I already checked on can you run it website and i had a tick on every thing as far as I can tell I played splinter cell, far cry 3, Gta IV, Batman Arkham city all on low to mid settings on this rig and they didn't even lag a once. I think it not not a hardware problem, I know I need a upgraded rig to play upcoming games but Max Payne 3 definitely runs on me fine with no lag.

Other than that I really don't know how else to help you, specific software glitches like that are notoriously difficult to diagnose beyond the software's actual customer support :-( So good luck man, hope you get it worked out, it is a really good game if you get it to work
