BF4 not installing

I started "preloading" BF4 yesterday, and continued downloading it throughout today.

I just got home, and it says "installing 20% done" and my roommate tells me it's been like that for hours.

I can't cancel it either.

nevermind, I got it. I ended the process, and re-opened Origin, and as it turns out, there's a new Origin update! Apparently BF4 wouldn't install because origin wanted to update, so it was sent in something of a loop.
