opinion on what i should do

Solution
With a decent GPU (think GTX650, GTX750, GTX650Ti Boost if your budget allows or the Radeon equivalent), And a Quad-core Core2 @ at-least 3GHz, and a minimum of 4GB Of RAM., Make Sure you change over to the 64-bit edition of Windows 7 (yes the same key will work with the 64-bit edition as long as its the same grade. aka; windows premium, professional etc.) and it should run any game you throw at it. adding an SSD (around 240 - 320GB) for your OS and Games and relegating the HDD as secondary storage would also help in a big way.

Please note that after all that you might as-well have just started completely from scratch, but hey you asked, i answered. Just saying.

Solution
That particular small form factor model does not feature a PCIe x16 slot, it does feature two PCI slots and one PCIe x1 slot. Regardless, there are no enthusiast level graphics cards that can fit in that system, not to mention the low profile aspect. I could not find information on what form factor the PSU is in there either
IMO, it's not worth playing with.
