overclocked using ai now wont start up

pc specs
asus m2n32sli deluxe wifi ed
8ghz corsair xms ddr2 800
pny 9800gt verto 1gb
athlon 64x2 4200+
320 seagate hd
overclocked cpu to 2.4 using AI overclock on the board didnt change any other setting ran fine for about 6 months now pc shuts down after 3 ses wont boot can any1 help?

Try resetting the CMOS to get all back to defaults, make sure you have the latest BIOS and drivers, then do your OCing through the BIOS

Tried everything, reset cmos, pulled all hardware, tried 1 stick of ram at a time in each slot still suts down after 3 secs no post from bios or anything just shuts down immediatly : (

Take out the CMOS battery and leave it out for ~10 minutes. Put it back in. Clear the CMOS again.

Can't hurt to try.

Did you unplug the PSU power cord during CMOS reset? If not, try again with it unplugged.
