Ram Voltages Question. Does it make speed difference?

I'm looking at ram for my workstation so ECC Ram.

I have the option of 1.35v or 1.5v
or 1.35v whereby it is DDR 3 PC3L
The ram modules all have the same timings, speed in mhz and size.

For longevity for speed wise is it better to get 1.5v ?

Is there going to be a speed notable difference?

If you have a pc running much ram intense tasks for longevity of the ram is it better for 1.35 or 1.5v to pick from?

Solution
A lot will depend on your rig, mobo/CPU, does it even support LV DRAM, does it require ECC? as far as voltages go, there's really no difference as far as longevity or speed, lower voltage can possibly allow for better DRAM OCs, though you should OC ECC DRAM
