usb 3 header, 6 sata 6gb/s ports, can hold up to 32gb of ram, ATX, onboard ethernet. All for $66. What specifically is your processor?

i was just going to buy a CPU for the motherboard. i prefer AMD because there cheaper and faster, plus the video cards are much better.

Then that motherboard should give you everything you need. It supports all the AMD FX line processors, along with the Athlon II, and the Phenom II x2 550. If it's a budget build, i would recommend the AMD FX 6300. Also, this motherboard can crossfire (2 video cards) so down the line you could put 2 AMD Video cards in it for better performance if your power supply allows it.
