I have a Gateway mini tower with a cruddy PSU of only 220 watts. I really want to instal the Saphhire 7550 graphics card but I'm concerned that my system won't handle it. I do not want to change out my PSU, which will be more money.

Help???!!!! Does anyone know if I can use this card for my system?

FYI, I have 8GB of RAM and a 240gb SSD.

Thanks!!!

Yes, that's the correct slot. But it is very close to the case side wall. Not much room for air flow. Does the case have any air vents on that side that the card can intake air?
I have this HD 7750 I keep on the shelf for trouble shooting/testing low profile builds: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202002
It is about the narrowest of the ones available. The card doesn't get very warm in normal use, so it doesn't require gobs of air. I think if it stood a bit away from the side panel, it would be OK.
