When a card is "Superclocked" it comes with an out of the box overclock. So it means it runs faster out of the box.

All it really means is that the specific graphics card is overclocked from the factory.

"superclocked" is a label manufacturers stick on their box to make an overclocked card sound more "super". But they are just factory overclocked cards. Some are overclocked more than others, depending on the make and model. You need to look at the specific MHz/Ghz rating between models in the same series, to get a representation of which is faster.
