My opinion would be to save a few bucks and go with the AMD. As far as mobos, I looked at quite a few of them and ended up with the Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 and it's been ideal for me so far. As far as RAM goes, you could go with Crucial, GSkill, or plenty of others, but I would recommend 2x4gb 1866 for this setup.
If you plan on overclocking, I would take the $$$ saved by buying the AMD chip and apply it toward a decent cooler such as the Cooler Master 212 (if it will fit your case). You may also want to look at sinking some money into upgrading to a better PSU and maybe a bit faster GPU depending on your gaming needs.
