AMD FX-8350 or 9370?

I'm looking to upgrade from a Phenom ii x4 965 BE, I bought it for around 80$ last christmas, and it served me well to start my build, especially with a little overclocking, but now I'm looking at adding a little extra horsepower through more video cards, and it will just start to bottleneck my system, as it is a little behind the times. I have a great motherboard, and it will just be too much money and work to switch to Intel, so I was wondering if I should go for a FX-8350 or 9370?

And the FX 8350 is on sale for 199.99 (With free SimCity if that really makes a difference)

The 8350 is alot cheaper and has roughly the same game performance anyway. Plus the 9370 is a power hog. I say 8350 because those extra cores don't help in gaming anyway, mainly for streaming and video editing
