i have a weird problem, so what happens is when my pc goes on standby or if i shut it down myself or if it turns off in any possible way, the power button stops working. it gives no reaction whatsoever when i press the power button, the fans don't even turn on. what i do to make it work is that i remove the power cable directly from the wall (the power source) for about 30 minutes and then i put it back in and the power button starts working again. yesterday that trick stopped working and no matter how much i waited the power button wouldn't work, so i decided to replace my PSU with another one because i thought it was the reason why the button did not work. everything worked perfectly until i had to shut down my pc, but when i tried to turn it back on the power button did not work. how do i fix this?

If your PSU is a low budget brand, replace that immediately with a higher budget brand e.g. XFX, Corsair, Antec, Seasonic etc. Secondly, are you sure you have connected the power button front panel connections correctly?

i'm not sure no, but if it wasn't connected properly then the power button wouldn't work at all, but as i said above, it works when i remove the power for a while
