He discovered that due to the upsurge in mobile devices Internet cafe's are becoming less and less profitable. The best solution is have a free wireless internet hotspot and actually have a good cafe, food/service/coffee.

hahahaha picking you as best answer for the laugh, but in poor countries Internet cafe's still work, even in new york for tourists.

Nah, Internet cafe very popular where I live since internet access fee is particularly expensive and not many people can afford fast, reliable service.
