how can i get back one drive that is not showing in my computer list but visible in diskmanagement without formatting it

i recently installed new win8 in my PC. after installing i saw that one of my computer drive is not visible in my computer list but is visible in disk management. so how can i get back that hidden drive without formatting it. is there any solution to get back it or not or any software for this problem????

Are you able to assign a drive letter to it in disk management? Drives remain hidden in windows until it's initialized (partitioned & formatted) and assigned a drive letter. If the drive already has data on it you should be able to assign it a drive letter.

if the drive was configured as dynamic in the previous OS then you might have to import foreign disk.

yes drive enables the assign letter option and i have data in it. so now how can do this all?

If it doesn't already have a drive letter, assign it one in disk management, then it will appear normally everywhere else, at least that's how it works in all previous versions of windows.
