Planning to build a Gaming PC, need advice on component list!

Hey,for the first time, I think I might just build my own PC

These are the components I've gathered:

Major Components:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4Ghz (3.8ghz Turbo) Quad-Core
Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Superclocked 2GB GDDR5 (02G-P4-2662-KR)
PS: COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 600W ATX12V V2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready
MOBO: ASRock Z77 Pro3 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM,3.5" Internal SATA Hard Drive
RAM: Geil Evo Veloce 8GB(4GBx2) Desktop Memory(GEV38GB1600C9DC)

Network: 300M Range 802.11g Wireless PCI Network LAN WiFi Adapter Card
Sound: PC 4Ch 4 Channel 5.1 MIDI GAME 3D Audio PCI Sound Card

That's basically it. I'm on a pretty tight budget. Looking for the best bang out of the buck.
It's my first time and I'm not really good with these things (yet) , so I'm not sure if these components are even compatible with each other.
Also, let me know if you guys have any advice on replacing nay of the components.
If maybe there is a much cheaper alternative (same perf) or a TINY bit more expensive (but more perf) , if you get what I'm saying...
I need tips basically for the motherboard, case and power supply. I pretty much know enough about the video and cpu .

And yes,I'm actually shopping for components on Ebay... Why? because I live in Hawaii. And I'm pretty sure we get a much higher shipping fee :S
So newegg isn't really the best option.

Thank you!

I'd recommend to get a AMD CPU instead of an intel so you can more beefy video card. Espically on budget, if you just plan to game you should spend the bulk of your budget on the video card, not the CPU.

If you switch to an FX 6300, you could get a nvidia GTX 670 or GTX 760 with that money which are amazing cards...
