I have Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz, my mobo is gigabyte ga-eg41mf-s2h. So, how can I over clock it?

a)lower RAM strap (so your mem isn't clocked too high)
b)raise fsb
c) add voltage when starts getting unstable
(vcore,NB,FSB term)
