Hi,
This happened to me 3 days ago. When i press the power button, the computer doesn't turn on. Nothing, no lights, no spinning fans, just like its off. I checked whether my psu switch was flipped on, whether I turned on the correct switch, and whether the socket was working but no. Nothing worked. So I gave up and after a few hours I went back to try again and it turned on! So it was working fine until just now where my computer refuses to start up again. Anyone knows what is the problem?
My specs:
Intel i5-3570K
MSI Z68MA G45 G3
4x2GB Corsair Vengeance
Palit GTX 560 Ti Sonic
Seasonic 520w S12ii
1TB Hitachi

Hello,
Do you have an PC or an laptop ?
If you have a PC:
There could be a problem with a button, have you pressed on force before that have happened,
It could be a problem with an power suply, so sometimes it collects enough power, for next startup, when you are able to run the computer on, does it work then like normal ? or you run out of power while working on it ?
As i would recommend is if you have any power suply on stock, try to replace it with an old 1, i would also check also on motherboard if there are all capacitors okay, by that i mean if there is a liquid on top of capacitor, would lead in changing motherboard.

Yes I have pressed with force not only once, but multiple times. I don't spam it though. When it boots it seems to work properly and without any issue. I think the motherboard looks fine I havent messed with it ever since I built it.

I do experience a problem before this issue happened and I don't know if it's related to this problem, but here it is. When I use my computer and play games like Battlefield 3 on it, after some time the brightness would go up by itself, and some colours would appear funny.
