hi, i have a LG monitor(Flatron E1941) i am using it for nearly 1 year and i had no problem, but few weeks ago my display is getting worse. Just view the image below and you will understand what i mean.

this only happens sometimes, when i start my pc, but after few minutes it disappear. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and if i need a new monitor or not or this can be fixed!!!
