why price is the same in these two Flash Memories, while their speeds are very different?

Patriot Supersonic Rage XT 64GB USB 3.0
Read Speed up to 180 MB/s
Write Speed up to 50 MB/s

Patriot Supersonic Pulse 64GB USB 3.0
Read Speed up to 80MB/s
Write Speed up to 8MB/s

I wanted to buy one of them, but why on earth should I pay 62$ for 8mb write speed while i could have 50mb speed with the same price?
both are for one company, I can't see any different features here
whats the reason?

Maximum Read Speeds are markedly different too, but the other way around. So it's a trade-off depending on which is most important to you.

both read and write speed in RageXT is higher than Pulse plus if u check their link u'll see 2 complain about Pulse while u just see compliment in RageXT

in all aspects RageXT is superior to Pulse, i can't see any trade off

i'm just curious why the prices are the same?

Yep, my mistake. Didn't read the figures closely enough.
Beats me why the Pulse isn't cheaper than the Rage XT from same manufacturer.
Looks like the vendor is trying to make a fast buck on old stock, aka a rip-off.
