Wireless Network has limited connection

My computer has only limited connection, i have a windows 7 Premium
Samsung NP RF511A02DX
64Bit

I also had a Teredo Tunneling Adapter code 31 problem i have uninstalled that as there is a Teredo Tunneling Adapter #2 and its working ok I'm not sure if this relevant or not?
the signal from the router is 5 bars excellant....I haveuninstalled Bidefender 2013 using their uninstall tool and reinstalled Bitdefender 2014
I have reset the Bios not sure if that helped ???? PLEASE HELP..

thank you for your help How do i power start the router? My mobile works via wifi and Tablet works fine via tablet aswell.. and my old desktop connect via cable works fine with the internet......I dont think its router problem can it be?

I'm sure the problem is more in depth problem i mean i think i need to change something or reset something inside the OS cmd propmpt all that stuff i dont know how to do that!! I', i have already tried to install the driver from Samsung website but i am going to try it again ...my eyes are burning been on this problem for 3 Days i'm sure Bitdefender messed it up..!! I was never given a CD I dont really want to install the whole of Windows to fix this, if i have to...

Have you tried installing the drivers that came with the adapter? And what model adapter do you have?
