Hi,
I am from India, using a local ISP internet connection. It is a static Ip connection, and is binded to the MAC address of my laptop's LAN card. the provider noted my MAC address when giving connection to my laptop. Now the problem is that, when I wanted to have internet in my phone, I turn ON wifi hotspot in my laptop, phone gets connected but never got access to internet.

please help me how to share MAC binded LAN connection through WIFI hotspot.

If Ccnnectify doesn't work, you may be out of luck but I would try some other stuff before giving up.

Try some other software like THIS ONE.

Also, turn off ICS and try using a network bridge. Go to the network control panel and highlight both the LAN adapter and the wireless adapter that is in an ad hoc mode and then right click with both highlighted and select bridge connection.

If those don't work, your odds are slim.

This solution is for Windows. You can use ICS (Internet connection sharing) on the LAN card to share it with the wireless adapter that is in ad hoc mode. In the network control panel open "change adapter settings," right click the LAN adapter and select properties, select sharing tab, then check the box that says to allow connection sharing.

That is not working. The problem is mainly that the internet provider won't allow other MAC addresses to access the Internet. That's why the Internet is not shareable for now. But I hope that For every problem there must exist a solution.
