hi guys i just want to know what is better the a10 6800k hybrid hd7750 8gb 2133mhz or the i3 3220 w/ hd7770 8gb 1600mhz

Agreed, starting from scratch I'd skip the dual graphics solution.

If this is a gaming PC, you may want to shift funding over towards graphics. It depends on your games, resolution, prices where you live, etc., but an Athlon X4 750K or 760K paired with HD 7850 level graphics would generally be a more potent gaming combo than either of the ones you mentioned.
