I wana ask that can i use dell precision 490 750watts power supply in Dell Vostro 200 machine for gaming purpose..i wana use ati 7870 with it...I heard that supply dont have 4pin cpu power connector........

That was a tricky one to find information about but here's what I found. Nope, won't work, at least I wouldn't attempt it. Too many connectors are either unusable or just don't exist. If you are a wiring genius I would not wish the conversion task upon you (might as well rebuild the whole PSU IMO).
