shopped around and saw that the sapphire radeon 7950 was a bit cheaper. this build right here is just under $800.

Good build for the most part. It will max most games @1920x1080; very demanding games it can still run on fairly high settings. The 7950 is the better deal right now. If you can wait a few weeks, AMD's new lineup is likely to come out around the 15th. Nvidia's gonna be dropping prices in response.

PSU is garbage, though. I recommend

XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($39.99 @ NCIX US)

Solution
Do you need the wifi adapter? Why get an extra case fan? I wouldn't get that psu either, it's that cheap for a reason. Look at a Seasonic 520W. As far as the performance goes that will be pretty good. You will see ultra in a lot of games at 1920x1080 if you turn aa down.

Edit: I like that xfx psu above too. It just isn't modular.

do not get a micro-atx motherboard. you'll regret it later with the limited options on it... plus everything is so crammed!

I'm an AMD guy, so im not sure on intel pricing, but you might want a K processor so you can overclock down the road, depending on the price gap there?

with everyones opinion so far. i changed:

Video Card from GTX 760 -> Sapphire Radeon 7950
PSU from whatever it was to -> XFX 550W

took off the wireless card because you guys are right, my router is RIGHT NEXT TO MY DESK. haha over looked that.
i kept the fan on there because i wanted the extra cooling to make sure the computer didnt over heat, i guess my understanding of the case fan is incorrect. how does it look now?

once again this is the updated version:

also is there a viable reason that i should change from the i5 3350p to the i5 3470? its only a $20 price difference and ive seen around the internet that the 7950 should be matched with a stronger cpu. Can anyone explain this?
