So i think i have pretty average to high specs i meet all the requirments that a game sets (or at least the minimal ones) but still some games dont run even on 30 FPS on lowest settings (ie. ACIII, BF4 and even Team Fortress 2 has some problems) and some games wich recomended settings i meet dont run at 60 FPS all the time on any setting like BF3 so i would like to know where is the problem

My specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core i3 530 @2,93GHz (4 CPUs)
6 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7770

so if you guys could tell me i would highly appericate that

So BF4 makes sense, it's in beta, my 7950 doesn't even hold 60 on it yet. Though tf2 and Ac3 you should be fine. Try updating your drivers, look on the amd page, new ones just came out for bf4. Also, assure that your PSU is powerful enough to handle your card. One final thing is gaming on an i3 is maybe a 5-10 fps drop from an i5/i7. 10 fps being the worst I've seen. But I don't think it would casue a problem on a game like tf2.

The drivers worked like a charm (at least for BF4, didnt try the other games yet) i still get occasional frame drops but i guess thats because the game is in beta because in between the drops it runs 30 fps on mid to high settings with vsync off
