i have an intel i5-2400 processor with 8GB RAM and an asus P8Z68-V LX motherboard and an nvidia GT 210 and a 700W Power supply and it i get at most 5 FPS on dayz outside of cities, is it my graphics card that should be changed or is it something else?

Mostly your GPU, yes. It's fairly old and could use an upgrade. FPS will improve drastically. But remember that Arma is a highly CPU demanding game as well. Start with the GPU, your CPU is fine as of now.

I would recommend getting a 2GB version of the 7770 instead of just 1GB, especially if you want to play at 1080p (or any resolution it will perform better). Plus, the 2GB version is only $10 more than the sapphire.

The 7770 2gb will work fine in 1080p on med settings (and yes it is a little weak but he's on a budget of around 115$).

You could also wait a week or so for amd's new gpu line. The lowest end model is to be priced around $89 (r7 250) and will most definitely outperform the 7770 2gb with ease.

i would certainly wait for the new cards to drop. if anything the 7850 will drop closer to the OP's budget.
