You should be able to. While that board was a nifty idea at the time that PCI-E slot may not be fully compliant. If you're already running a gt210 (which is a PCI-E 2.0 card) then one would expect a 6670 to work on there as well but you won't know until you try. Just keep in mind that even though a 6670 is much faster than your current GT 210 don't expect any gaming miracles out of it especially paired with that old celeron. It should be good enough for older less demanding games though.
