Hi guys!
Anyone here using AMD FIREPRO V3900 with Maya and other 3d software? I don’t know how does run Maya on this card. I need it for modeling and rendering. I'm intermediate amateur animator who wants to make his own showreel (I still don’t have one).
That do you hink?
I wanted of course v 4900 but in my country it costs for more 80 usd.
I have low budget for it and for some reason prefer to order locally.
That do you think about v3900? Anyone here using it with maya and other 3d software? That is your experience?

Most consumer cards are capable enough to help the CPU. and it would be better to leverage their cloud rendering services anyway. The only problem with consumer cards are they don't have certified drivers, but I have NEVER had an issue with any GPU in Maya or Max.

I use Max daily, and I have almost no performance difference between my workstation that has a Professional card, and my laptop which uses a consumer card. I don't however, do a lot of animation, but what I do do, I don't have hindrances.
