I have a Windows Vista computer and there's something wrong with the mouse. When i try to click on something, the mouse does not click on it. Then when i'm not using the mouse, it goes out of control, clicking crazily at whatever it is set on. I can't even use the mouse. when i manage to start my computer, the mouse arrow is always set in the middle of the screen. Always. Please help, I dont know what to do. My mouse wont work properly.

Solution
If it's an optical mouse, a tiny hair - especially if you have a cat - can cause this behaviour if it's trapped under the lens. If it's battery powered, it can be a sign to change the battery. With mice so inexpensive these days, it's not worth trying more repairs than those two.
