So I swapped out my old AMD for a Nvidia GTX 760 and after rebooting all the Nvidia drivers installed correctly but now I don't have Realtek? In control panel all it shows is the Nvidia drivers? any clue what to do?
right click lower right hand corner and select playback devices - then right click on the sound device you want and set as default
*since there is onboard audio via the hdmi it can sometimes throw things off with settings - I would take it you did an express install instead of custom? that installs the audio drivers and others - like 3d and nv experience app

Yes I was unaware the onboard audio would jack things up this bad. But as for the playback devices there is no devices other than Nvidias. Realtek is not there anymore after I swapped Graphics Cards. I have tried numerous times to install the Realtek Driver and for some reason it will not let me. comes up with " program might not have installed correctly".
