Hello,
I want to build a $1000 build for gaming and editing.

Budget Range: $1000-$1200 Max

System Usage: Gaming, Editing, Recording/Editing Videos and Web Surfing

Overclocking: Yes

Buying a monitor: No

Buying an OS: Yes

I want it to run new games smoothly and in ultra or high. Hope you can help me guys.

It's the future bro, get over it, and plus you probably don't like the lack of a start button, here in a couple weeks you can update to 8.1 with a start button, I'm already using the beta and works fine. It's just something you have to get used to, at first it seems like a problem being different with the same kind of OS for over a decade, people got used to lack of innovation, like Internet Explorer, why do you think it's market share has plummeted, that's because it didn't innovate, I hate to go off on a tangent but it is what it is, my recommendation still stands, good luck.
