So i have an decent computer but when i play games i get very low FPS, in wow for example i get around 15-25fps wile doing some kind of fighting with a raid, and i have the same FPS no matter what settings i use :S This problem exist in almost any game, Fps games when i do sudden movements etc: Turning quickly i get a HUGE fps drop for a sec or two after i stoped turning.

Speccs:
Motherboard: Fatal1ty 990FX Professional
CPU: AMD FX-6200 4.6GHz
Graphix: Gigabyte GTX 680 OC x2
RAM: 32GB Corsair VENGANCE 1600Mhz (CPUz NP - 2200 MHz?)
PSU: Corsair AX 850W
Harddrive: Got my Windows on an OCZ Agility3 240GB (Also have some games on this)
WoW as for the example is on an Samsung HD103SJ 1TB

I have been running Windows Ram tester and HD-tune to check for errors
Ran MSI Kombuster for 20h and Prime95 for 18h and everything was stabil with good temps
