What are the weaknesses and strengths of this build? What are your thoughts can it play a lot of games in 1080p at max settings with good FPS?

The biggest weakness would be the CPU. That CPU is not fast enough to power a 7950. Don't be fooled by the GHz, it's the architecture that makes a CPU fast, not how fast the clock speeds are.

I highly recommend getting another stick of the same...

I highly recommend getting another stick of the same RAM to make an 8GB set. Also, I would consider these changes -

The CPU and motherboard combo will really help that HD 7950 reach it's full potential. That A10-5800K just isn't fast enough to max any game with the GPU and the FX-8320 will do that without breaking a sweat.
