New PC Build BSOD When Gaming- WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Heya,

I've just built my first PC and I'm getting BSOD errors when and only when I'm playing a game. This will happen intermittently and is really annoying. I've tried memtest and other various tests to no avail, so was just wondering if someone could help me troubleshoot this problem.

Here is the BSOD minidump:

On Tue 10/1/2013 8:10:24 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\100213-5562-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: hal.dll (hal+0x2D965)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8008983028, 0xFF800000, 0x124)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\hal.dll
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: Hardware Abstraction Layer DLL
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that a fatal hardware error has occurred. This bug check uses the error data that is provided by the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA).
This is likely to be caused by a hardware problem problem. This problem might be caused by a thermal issue.
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

As I said this only happens when I'm playing a game like Crysis or Warframe (Skyrim doesn't crash) and does not affect me whilst I'm playing around on the PC / surfing the web.

Here's some system information if that helps.

My GPU is a Gigabyte GTX 760 OC and the PSU is a Silverstone Strider ST65F-G 650w 80+ Gold. I have done a GPU stress test and the card hits around 48 degrees celcius at max load. Temps are good, CPU idles at 25 c and max around 60 c.

Also, I'd like to note that the crashes happen sporadically and 15-30 mins into a game.

with new cpu and mb make sure the mb has the newest bios and the ram is set to xmp profile.check your ram to see the ram voltage. some older ram is 1.6v or higher at it max speed. some mb dont set the voltage up right. also try updating the intel chipset drivers and usb drivers.

RAM is set to XMP mode, RAM sku is also in the compatibility list for my asrock motherboard. Bios has been updated but still get the random bsod when gaming.

Does anyone else have an idea as to what could be the problem? I have re-slotted my ram and GPU / checked connections and haven't had a problem since albeit it's probably just a matter of time.
