Hello all!
Got a mystery for you. My Mom uses her computer, Emachines EL1352G-01W, for little else than going on Facebook, playing Facebook games, and her Big Fish games.
When she first got it, it was struggling with CastleVille. So I order her a graphics card, Radeon HD 5450, and at the end of the day only cost me 5 bucks. Her games ran better, smoother, but it developed a problem with flash, an ad would pop up or she would try and watch a video on Facebook and it would cause it to lock up. No BSoD or any error message, just whatever she was doing left on the screen. Only way to bring it back is to hold the power button down and then start it back up.
I reinstalled W7 and all the drivers, and her games ran even better, only thing I could come up with was that the Nvidia and AMD drivers were conflicting somewhere.
But the crash was still there.
I go to Youtube and click on any video and it locks up. So what I tried was go into the device manager and disable the graphics and everthing works fine, all but her games are now slow again.
I unistalled and reinstalled current drivers from AMD and the problem still persists. I did a bit of searching but couldn't find anything relating graphics drivers and flash. Found some about Realtek drivers, tried that for kicks but no luck.
Thanks for your time!
Nick

So far, I've tried 12-1, and it caused her computer to crash when the desktop loaded up. Locked up midway through the boot up song. Right now I'm downloading all of the 12-x and trying them all. I might get lucky and find one that works.
